I’m Teresa McKinney—Consultant, Speaker, and Change Maker with a passion for helping others achieve their fullest potential.

Seeing people reach their fullest potential is what I live for.

But when I’m not strategizing or coaching executives through organizational change, you’ll likely find me binging a good Marvel comic or traveling to a tropical destination with my family.

Currently, I’m participating in NADOHE’s Standards of Professional Practice Institute in order to continue my growth and expertise in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. I’m so proud to be a part of such an impactful professional development opportunity.

Dr. Teresa McKinney has over two decades of experience helping higher educational institutions of all types address strategic issues such as performance improvement, operating efficiency, diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, organizational effectiveness, and funding strategy.

Dr. McKinney will be your champion for systemic inquiry and data-informed decisions to drive continuous quality improvement for your institution.

She has been certified by Harvard University in both Performance Assessment for Higher Education and Innovation and Strategy. She has also received certifications from Prosi Change Management, Ouellette & Associates in Service Excellence and Transformational Change, and Disney Institute in Leadership Excellence and Quality Service.
